We received a lot of automatic emails prior to our visit reminding us we were booked in with our motorhome and could arrive from midday. None mentioned that reception was closed from 12-2pm, so we arrived around 12:10 and had to wait to check in. I had tried to look it up on their website, but it was...

Lovely site and a fantastic welcome at reception. We were on mostly shaded pitch which we prefer. A short walk into the town where there is an abundance of restaurants. A very quiet site at the beginning of September. Can honestly say we would happily return. One minus was a lot of mosquitoes.

Nice campsite in a good location and helpful staff. Pitches were generally very generous and well marked out. The toilets, showers, and facilities were immaculate and well cleaned. The only issue I had was the level of mosquito's which were crazy, but manageable if your aware. Highly recommend site

Staff very helpful and accommodating. There is an issue at the restaurant- no chef. A temporary issue though. Great place to ride a bike from. About 10-15 min walk to town. Swimming pool nice and separate pool for young children, can be a bit crowded in the afternoon

Reception was good, map, etc. We were allocated a good-sized, freshly-mowed, shaded grass pitch which, along with every other campsite I guess, had suffered a bit with the recent rain. We were lulled to sleep by the frog chorus ;-)
Laundry facility was excellent and the main reason for booking this campsite.
