Camping Coucou is situated in the northern Périgord, 3 km from Château de Hautefort and on the edge of a pond with direct access. The campsite is the ideal starting point to discover the Périgord, in particular Sarlat, Périgueux or the caves of Lascaux. The campsite has a swimming pool and paddling pool for children.

During the summer, animations and activities (tournaments, thematic evenings) during the day and in the evening will be proposed to you and the children will be able to have fun in the children's club of the campsite.

You will find on the campsite a mini-market, a bread store, but also a bar and a paying WIFI access.

I liked the peace and quiet of the campsite and the friendly, helpful manager (Camille).
Shame the attractions weren't open yet.

I liked the reservation service for bread and pastries delivered to the mobile home the next morning, and the possibility of buying products from small local producers. Above all, I liked the friendly, enthusiastic and attentive staff who were there to advise us if necessary. Frankly, it was a great stay with lots of places to visit not too far away (Sarlat just over an hour away, the Lascaux caves 40 min, the Tourtoirac cave 15 min, the Hautefort castle 5 min, the water park 800 m away).

The area is well shaded and quiet.
The only downside was that the water heater had difficulty regulating itself.
