Eurocamp booking

We booked via Eurocamp, though there is no Eurocamp presence here.
We enjoyed our stay, mostly for the magnificent Verdon Gorge (entrance to Gorge is 30 mins away, though its further to some of the lookouts and activities such as rafting are 90 minutes distant, so its not the most convenient location... for the Gorge). You can also visit several beautiful towns and villages. Moustieres St Marie is probably the most famous in the area (40 mins away), though we also enjoyed Villecroze (20 mins away), Sillans (15 mins away), Fox-Amphoux (25 mins away) - even the local Mossiac-Bellvue is a beautiful little village, and the local towns of Aups and Regusse are attractive too.
As for the site itself, with kids the good news is that the playground is very good and modern, and kept even our 10 year old entertained. On weekdays in May there was a nightly mini-disco at 8pm which the kids enjoyed.
There is the pool of course - the slides went down well - the information said they'd only be open 2pm-7pm though people were going down them in the morning and lunchtime too. The main issue is that the water wasn't warm enough for me in late May. This was the case in the outdoor pool and also , suprisingly, the semi-indoor pool (with the retractable casing that can be opened and closed). So I found it too cold for a swim. We've swum happily in the same late May week in other campsites with heated pools in Alsace, Dordogne, Archachon area and Languedoc - so I wonder how much the pools here were heated? The kids played in the pool for a bit but on a couple of days retreated due to being cold in under an hour.
We played tennis (hire of equipment is free) and crazy golf (again, free equipment - its not the most sophisticated course but actually is a pretty fun one).
The restaurant is a bit unatmospheric and odd. The snack bar selling burgers and pizzas with its picnic tables overlooking the playground is possibly a better spot.
Cabins themselves are what you'd expect for this sort of place. The grounds were nice enough without being stand-out.
Basically, I've been to better French campsites before, but the region is lovely.
