You will stay in the middle of the vineyards, in the shade of the chestnut trees, in a quiet and picturesque setting. On site, you will benefit from its outdoor swimming pool.

If the campsite Les Châtaigniers offers few sports and leisure facilities except a small playground for children and a ping-pong table, many activities await you in the surroundings. We were delighted with the campsite's unpretentious service. The mobile homes are clean, well equipped and laid out and are all in the shade of chestnut trees (a welcome breath of fresh air in the Ardèche!). The view from the reception terrace is sublime (you have to go there to see the sunrise). Special mention should be made of the swimming pool, which we found to be top-notch: a "swimming corridor" format, with a section for toddlers and a section for older children, sunny in the morning and in the shade of the chestnut trees in the evening, just brilliant!
The owners, who are very welcoming and willing to share their sightseeing tips, simply offer a welcome drink and a potluck dinner. We weren't looking for a campsite with entertainment, but this was more than enough for us.
Les Chataigniers is a small campsite with all the comforts of a large one!
